His area of expertise has been the Industrial Practice covers multiple sectors which includes Automotive, Industrial Products, Manufacturing, Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure.
He specialises in delivering leadership transformation agenda in the areas of Independent Director appointments, business advisory, CXO transitions, succession planning and leadership searches for Indian and Global business organizations. He has helped Global MNCs seed / augment India business plan by identifying growth-oriented talent in India & Internationally, and also transitioning expats for mission critical roles into india.
Before turning Entrepreneur, Laxmi has held leadership positions with global search firms. His founding years have been in key account management roles for India & South East Asia markets for a German power auxiliary manufacturer. He is a chemical engineering graduate.
